This is the “Classic” where biltong began and ours is also as Authentic as it gets!!
We have gone to great lengths to warm the Hearts of our biggest critics and made sure this reminds them of “Back Home”
To achieve this we have truly in Konvict Jerky style gone above and beyond and actually import the Salt, Pepper and Garlic from South Afrika so our traditional biltong is as delicious and nostalgic as it gets.
Our Traditional Biltong proudly received a Gold medal at the RASWA Perth Royal Food Awards 2023 😀

Our rubs, seasonings, marinades and sauces are all designed to compliment the top quality Wagyu experience of our products - Not cover it up.
We only use Luxury A5 Wagyu beef with a certified marble score of 9+ which is the best that can be raised locally here in Australia.
Our beef comes from farms with happy cows. They are treated exceptionally well and are free to roam and graze on huge parcels of land.
Currently our meat comes from Lux Wagyu House located locally here in Maddington, W.A on behalf of Stone-Axe Full blood Australian Wagyu.

Because we care about what we are producing, all of our unique products are created to a high standard. Therefore, we choose to use as much quality local produce as we can at the time. As such our Biltong is typically made using 98+ % of locally available ingredients.
